01Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of carsserviceonline.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website only. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

02Using the site

You may read the site, print pages from it, and contact us through it, for your own business purposes.

You may not:

• scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site or its contents;
• use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to anyone else;
• submit false information in the audit form, or impersonate another person or company;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or knowingly do anything that would interrupt the site for other people;
• reproduce our text, layout or branding on another website or in another company's marketing.

We may withdraw access to the site from anyone who does these things.

03Audit requests and enquiries

Submitting the pipeline audit form is a request, not a contract. It does not oblige us to take you on as a client, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. We may decline any request, including where we already work with a competing company in your trade and market.

The written teardown we send in response is our opinion, based on the accounts and figures made available to us at that time. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and it is not a substitute for legal, financial or tax advice.

Please give us accurate information. If the figures you supply are wrong, the teardown built on them will be wrong too.

04Figures, examples and results

The performance figures, case examples and client comments shown on this site are illustrative of the kind of results we work towards. They describe particular companies, in particular markets, at particular times.

They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of what your company will achieve. Advertising results depend on your market, your competition, your pricing, your capacity, your close rate and how quickly your office answers the phone — most of which sit with you, not with us. Nobody can honestly promise a specific return on advertising spend in advance, and we do not.

05Prices and services

The service plans and prices shown on this site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Prices are in US dollars, exclude advertising spend paid to advertising platforms, and exclude any applicable taxes.

Advertising budgets are paid by you, directly to the advertising platform, on your own billing account. We do not take a percentage of advertising spend. The scope, price and term that actually apply to you are the ones set out in the written agreement we sign, which may differ from what is shown here.

We may change the plans and prices on this site at any time. A change here does not alter the price agreed in a signed agreement already in force.

06The chat window

The chat window on this site is provided for us by LeadConnector, a product of HighLevel Inc. Messages you send through it reach our team and are stored in our customer record system.

It is not monitored around the clock, and it is not a channel for anything urgent. Do not send bank details, card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through it. How we handle what you do send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

07Ownership of the site's content

We own, or are licensed to use, everything on this site: the text, the layout, the design, the graphics and the name CAR Service Online. It is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page you took them from. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or use our material in your own marketing, without our written permission.

08Third-party platforms and links

Our work involves platforms we do not control, including Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile. Those platforms set their own rules, prices and policies, and they change them without consulting us. We cannot be responsible for a platform suspending an account, altering its auction, or changing what it allows.

Where this site links to another website, the link is for convenience. We do not endorse the linked site and we are not responsible for its content.

09Availability

We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable for any period.

10Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and because this website is provided to businesses:

• we exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the fullest extent the law allows;
• we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site;
• our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to £100.

This clause is about the website. Our liability for work carried out for clients is dealt with in the signed agreement covering that work.

11Privacy

What we collect, why, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you use the site, so please check the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
